MSC CRUISES CARIBBEAN CRUISE SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By entering into this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by terms and conditions as set forth in these Official Rules and represent that I am least twenty-one (21) years old. By entering, entrants agree to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. (New Jersey Notice: This Sweepstakes is not void in New Jersey).
2. SPONSOR
“Sail Into Paradise Cruise Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by OLA Vacations, Inc., a Florida corporation, with its principal place of business at 200 South Andrews Avenue, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301 (“Sponsor”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry, excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and Associated Companies (defined below) are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on May 13, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends June 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
5. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes site at: www.dojomojo.com/landing/campaign/00ce01df-76a5-4a06-a8f5-26b4fbd1d7df and completing the entry form (the “Sweepstakes Site”). There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. The use of automated systems, bots, or third-party agencies to submit entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without using the Sweepstakes Site, hand-print your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, day or evening phone number, and an email address (optional) on a 3x5 card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: OLA Vacations, Inc. “Sail Into Paradise Cruise Giveaway,” 200 South Andrews Avenue, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Mail-in entries must be post marked by June 11, 2026 and received by June 22, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you may opt in to receive marketing communications from OLA Vacations, Inc., Money Group, LLC, and Dollar Flight Club Inc., (collectively, the “Associated Companies”). Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and may be withdrawn at any time.
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used in accordance with the respective privacy policies of the Associated Companies:

6. PRIZE
Prize consists of one (1) balcony cabin for two on an MSC Cruises 7-Night Caribbean cruise vessel departing on select sailings out of Port Canaveral (Orlando) or Miami, Florida. Must be redeemed and sailed by June 1, 2027, (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,200). Prize does NOT include: airfare, ground transportation, port fees, taxes, gratuities, shore excursions, or onboard personal expenses. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and the terms and conditions of the cruise operator.
Winner is responsible for travel documents, insurance, and any expenses not expressly stated.
Trademark Disclaimer. The MSC Cruises trademark, the logo and all other distinguishing symbols of MSC Cruises are registered and therefore the exclusive property of MSC Cruises, and is not a sponsor of, or affiliated with, this Sweepstakes.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about June 22, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted by law, a publicity release.

Requests must be received within four (4) weeks following the end of the Promotion Period.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://olavacations.com/privacy-policy. Entrants may choose to receive marketing communications from the Associated Companies. Consent to receive such communications is not a condition of entry and may be withdrawn at any time.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

13. THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS
If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third-party platform, entrants agree to comply with all applicable terms of such platform. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platform.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control interferes with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God, communications failure, technical failure, fraud, tampering, government order, or any other similar cause.
In such event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such event.
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Associated Companies, MSC Cruises (USA), LLC ., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY RIGHT TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES.
ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A CLASS MEMBER OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
