CONDITIONS:

By entering the competition you agree that these conditions apply:

·       Entry is open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over, other than employees or consultants of Amer and members of their families.

·       The competition is a game of skill. Winners will be chosen by Amer Sports Australia PTY LTD’s marketing team. The team is made up of three people who will evaluate the entries received and vote on their favourites. The judges’ decisions are final.

·       Entries which contain content which Amer considers offensive, which reflects negatively on Amer or any of its brands or which contain defamatory or insulting material are invalid.

·       Winners will be announced on June 11th, 2018. A confirmatory email will be sent to the email address provided and the winner must provide their street address within seven days of being contacted so that their prize can be delivered.

·       Amer will try to contact the winner, but prizes will be forfeited if Amer is unable to make contact. In this case Amer will choose the next favourite entry and re-award the prize.

·       Amer will despatch the prize by courier to the street address provided by the winner. Amer takes no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit, for delays in delivery or in circumstances where delivery cannot be effected at the street address provided.

·       Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

·       Amer collects personal information from entrants and may disclose this personal information to third parties including its retailers. The personal information of entrants may be entered into a database and Amer may use entrants’ names and addresses, including electronic addresses for future promotional and marketing activities. Amer may disclose such information to its retailers including Tennis Warehouse Australia who may contact entrants with promotional and marketing material. Entrants consent to all such uses.
